Our Services

We believe good planning and design should be accessible to everyone, and it definitely isn't one size fits all. We offer services ranging from Small to Large projects, and can tailor services to best fit your needs. Not sure what you need? Reach out and we can help find the right solution for your design problem.

Primary Services

New Construction

Let's start from scratch and design your dream home. Whether you have a piece of property or are looking - we offer full design services from start to finish for new construction.

Usually structured as a percentage of construction cost. 10% is fairly industry standard, but based on the size and scope of your home - we adjust accordingly.

Buying house plans online? Usually it's more economical for you to show us some plans you like, and then we draw from scratch with your home's site in mind.

Renovation / Addition

Love your home, but have ideas to make it better? Looking to add more space or find creative ways to use the space you already have? From bathroom renovations to full gut rehabs - we sensitively update, modify, and enhance your existing home to make it work better for you and the way you live.

Usually billed as combination of lump sum costs and hourly fees starting at $125/hour. You can expect the architectural fees to be about 10% of the construction budget, and Interior Design (Tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinet selections etc.) to be billed hourly.

Starts with a free in-home consultation.

Hourly Design

If you don't have a particularly linear project, but need some help to pull the design together, provide drawings to your contractor, make selections and take advantage of designer discounts - we can work under an hourly contract. We give a ballpark for how many hours we think your project will take at a low and high range.

Starting at $125 / hour
